In the same year, Toshiba developed InGaA1P 573nm yellow-green ultra-high brightness LED with a normal light intensity of 2cd. In 1994, Japan Nichia Corporation developed InGaN 450nm blue (green) color ultra-high brightness LED. At this point, the three primary colors of red, green, blue, and orange and yellow LEDs required for color display have reached the candela-level luminous intensity, achieving ultra-high brightness and full color, and making the outdoor full color of the luminous tube. The display becomes a reality.
Monochrome, double base to full color brings a beautiful visual experience

Surface-mount packaging technology continues to mature
In 2002, LED displays for surface mount packages were gradually accepted by the market and gained a certain market share. Many manufacturers introduced such products. In recent years, with the rapid development of three-in-one technology and continuous improvement of production technology, surface-mount packaging technology has developed rapidly. Compared with in-line packaging technology, surface-mount technology has a large viewing angle, good color consistency and contrast. In addition, the surface mount technology has a high degree of automation and can be directly used in the SMT high-speed placement machine, which directly improves the production efficiency of the product and reduces the cost.
