I. main features of full-color LED display
Full-color LED display is a kind of LED display, which has the following characteristics:

Ii. Selection of supporting product materials for full-color LED display screen
1.LED lights and chips.
The LED lamp is both an LED light-emitting tube and a key component of the LED electronic display, so it should adopt reliable quality and encapsulate mature LED products.The selected LED products must have good stability, low dispersion, HBM greater than 4,000v, small attenuation range, strong pressure resistance, brightness, wavelength, Angle consistency, good light distribution effect, as well as resistance to temperature difference, humidity and ultraviolet.
2. The box body.
The whole is made of steel or aluminum, and the door structure is adopted.The top of the box adopts pin and bottom adopts guide sleeve to ensure accurate positioning between the box body.The overall protection of the box conforms to the IP65 standard. In addition, the structure should take heat dissipation into full consideration.
3. Switch power supply.
The display power supply adopts the certified switch voltage stabilized power supply module. 4. Connectors.

Circuit boards.

Full-color LED display can be judged from the following aspects:
Flatness.
The surface flatness of LED display shall be within + / -1mm to ensure that the display image will not be distorted. Local bumps or depressions will result in dead Angle in the visual Angle of the display.Flatness is mainly determined by the production process.
2. Brightness and visual Angle.
The brightness of indoor full-color screen should be above 800cd/m2, and the brightness of outdoor full-color screen should be above 1500cd/m2 to ensure the normal operation of the display screen, otherwise the image displayed could not be clearly seen due to the low brightness.The brightness is mainly determined by the quality of LED beads.
The size of the viewing Angle directly determines the size of the LED display audience, so bigger is better.The size of the visual Angle is mainly determined by the way the core is encapsulated.
3. White balance effect.
White balance effect is one of the most important indicators of LED display.When the proportion of the red, green and blue primary colors is 1:4.6:0.16, it will show the pure white. If the actual proportion has a little deviation, it will show the deviation of the white balance.The quality of the white balance is mainly determined by the control system of the LED display, and the lamp bead also has an influence on the color reduction.
4. Color reduction.
The reduction of color refers to the reduction of color in the LED display. The color displayed by the LED display should be highly consistent with the color of the source, so as to guarantee the authenticity of the image.
5. Product design.

Resistance is the main component that controls the current of the display screen.
