Standard and method for testing LED display

1 scope
This standard classifies the mechanical, optical, electrical and other main technical performance of LED display screen, and specifies the testing method strictly. 
This standard is applicable to all kinds of LED display screens (hereinafter referred to as the display screens).

2. Normative reference documents
LED display manufacturer claims that the terms in the following documents have been incorporated into the terms of this standard by reference.Any reference to a date, subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions thereof shall not apply to this standard.However, parties agreed under this section are encouraged to study the availability of the latest versions of these documents.For undated reference files, the latest version applies to this section.

3 grade
Test results were followed and the indicators were divided into three levels. 
Grade A: basic indicators to be achieved. 
Grade B: the index is higher than grade A. 
Grade C: the index is higher than grade A and B.
4 test environment and test instruments
4.1 test environment
Except for special requirements, the test environment is as follows:
Temperature: 15 ℃ ~ 35 ℃; 
Relative humidity: 40% ~ 80%; 
Atmospheric pressure: 86kpa ~ 106kpa; 
Power supply voltage: 220V + / - 10%, 50Hz + / - lHz.
4.2 test instruments and software

Color analyzer: accuracy > + + 5% (used for measuring brightness,

Thermometer: accuracy + / - 1 ℃; 
Optical intensity meter: accuracy > 10%;

Oscilloscope: 100MHz; 
Steel ruler: longer than 1m; 
Plug gauge: precision greater than 1/100mm; 
Brightness discrimination testing software; 
Grayscale test software; 
Frame rate test software.
