1. LED display panel is not on: check whether the power supply and signal line are connected;Check whether the card is able to identify the interface, the card is not recognized when the red light shines, check whether the lamp board is connected to the power supply or the lamp board interface has a signal and ground short circuit, so that the interface cannot be recognized.Check whether 74HC245 has a short circuit of virtual welding, and the corresponding enable (EN) signal input and output pin on 245 is not imaginary welding or short circuit to other lines.

Ii. During point-slope scanning, regular interlaced lines do not flash the screen stacking: check whether there is broken wire or virtual welding or short circuit between the input port of A, B, C and D signals and 245;Check whether the output ends of A, B, C and D corresponding to 245 are short circuit or imaginary welding or broken line;Check whether the signals A, B, C, and D are short-circuited or A signal is short-circuited to the ground.

3. One or several lines are not on when all lights are on: check whether the line between 138 and 4953 is broken or imaginary welding or short circuit.

4. During the internal scanning, two or several lines (usually multiple of 2, regular) light up together: check whether the signals A, B, C and D are short circuit;Check to see if the 4953 output is short circuiting with other output terminals.

5. Single point or multi-point (irregular) does not light up when all lights are on: find out whether the corresponding control feet of the module are short circuit with the bank;Replace modules or single lights.
