The SMD technology for LED display includes the Surface Mounted Component (SMC) and the Surface Mounted Device (SMD).
SMD mainly includes: diode, transistor, integrated circuit and other chip semiconductor devices.SMC mainly includes: rectangular patch elements, cylindrical patch elements, composite patch elements, special-shaped and other patch elements;
SMC and SMD are collectively referred to as surface mount components or patch components.
The performance of the machine made up of surface mount technology depends on the performance of the patch components and the surface mount structure process. (4) the mechanical strength meets the technical requirements of assembly technology and the performance requirements of assembly structure.
(5) the heat resistance of the materials in the patch components should be able to withstand the temperature impact of the welding process.
(6) the surface chemical properties can withstand the washing of organic solutions
(7) the external structure is suitable for braiding and packaging, and the model or parameters are easy to identify.
(8) the location and material properties of the external lead end are conducive to automatic welding process.
